Eduardo Navarro nasceu em Buenos Aires, Argentina, em 1979; onde vive e trabalha. Participou da última edição do Programa de Talleres para las Artes Visuales del Centro Cultural Ricardo Rojas - UBA, dirigido por Guillermo Kuitca (2003/2005) e do UBS Art Scholarship Individual grant program for Young Emerging Artists 2006, Skowhegan School of Painting, Maine (2006).
